• The Baltimore Branch works in coalition with the Maryland Women’s Legislative Agenda, the Maryland Committee for Children, and the Maryland Education Coalition (a statewide coalition of organizations operated out of Advocates for Children and Youth).
  • Branch members and members at large are strongly encouraged to support local, state, and national measures that implement the legislative programs of the Association and AAUW Maryland. Members may choose not to support such measures, but they may not use the name of AAUW in public opposition to them. The freedom of individual members to voice their personal opinions in their own name is not abridged.

  • AAUW compiles current information and resources for as many issues as possible to provide central issue pages that offer the freshest information and most effective avenues for action on issues important to you.  See AAUW Issue Pages.
